Sales Manager
We're a two-person senior design studio that punches well above its weight. Our clients are founders and operators building real products — SaaS, fintech, consumer apps. We've helped them raise $32M+, win enterprise tenders and ship products used by thousands. Now we need someone to fill the pipeline so we can keep doing what we do best.
What you'll do
- Own the outbound pipeline — identify, research, and reach out to ideal clients (founders, CTOs, product leads at seed–series B companies)
- Qualify inbound leads and run discovery calls together with Alexander
- Manage proposals and follow-ups; keep the CRM clean and actioned
- Spot partnership and referral opportunities within our existing client base
- Report weekly on pipeline health and conversion metrics
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in B2B sales, business development or account management
- Comfortable selling a creative/technical service (design, dev, agency, SaaS)
- Strong written English — most outreach is async and text-first
- Self-directed: you don't need a manager to tell you to follow up
- Genuine interest in startups, product design or tech
