Terms of Use
Last updated: 23 September 2026
These terms cover the Meowzy game for Android, on Google Play. The same text is in the app, under Profile. The iPhone version has its own terms (/legal/meowzy/ios/terms).
What this app is
Meowzy is a match-three puzzle game. You swap neighbouring tiles to line up three or more of a kind and complete the level's goal within a limited number of moves. It is provided for entertainment only.
Ads
The game is free and supported by advertising. Ads appear between rounds, never before a level starts, and every full-screen ad can be closed after five seconds. You may also choose to watch one in exchange for a daily bonus — that choice is always yours and the game is fully playable without it.
Your name and picture
Pick a display name and a picture that suit a children's game. Do not use someone else's photo, anything offensive, or anything that impersonates another person. Both are stored only on your device and can be changed or deleted at any time in Profile.
No gambling
The game contains no gambling or wagering of any kind.
Nothing here has monetary value
Scores, stars, ranks and looks exist only inside the game. They cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money or anything else of value.
Daily bonuses
The game hands out bonuses each day — extra moves or a helper on the board. They are free, they exist only inside the game, and one of them can be taken by choosing to watch an advertisement. Nothing is bought, won or paid for.
Your progress
Your progress is stored only on your device. We cannot restore it if the app is deleted or the device is lost or reset.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of it.
Changes
These terms may be updated in future releases. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
