Adaptyx Biosciences describes itself as building “continuous health & biomarker intelligence for AI-powered care”. Its wearable patch is designed to replace repeated lab draws with continuous, multi-analyte molecular monitoring.
Challenge
A motion-heavy design on a fixed 65-hour budget.
Fulcrum's design tells the Adaptyx story through scroll: pinned sections, animated charts and a 3D patch that turns as the page moves. The client needed all of it built in Webflow, true to the design, within 65 hours.
The motion was the hard part
The pages are driven by scroll: sections pin, text and charts reveal, and the patch turns as you move down the page. Those animations were the most complex part of the brief.
The budget was fixed
The client needed the whole build inside 65 hours. Every animation, page and request from the client and Fulcrum had to fit within that number.
The same 3D patch at two points of the scroll. The model is Fulcrum's; we integrated it and made its rotation follow the scroll.

Our part of the project was development. Fulcrum owned the design, the 3D model and the Lottie animations.
Complex GSAP scroll animation
Pinned sections, scroll-linked reveals and staged transitions built with GSAP, so each part of the story arrives in the order the design intended.
A scroll-driven 3D patch
We integrated Fulcrum's 3D model of the Adaptyx patch into the Webflow build and made it rotate with the scroll. The model itself is Fulcrum's work.
Webflow Interactions and CMS
Webflow Interactions alongside the GSAP work, a Webflow CMS, and Fulcrum's Lottie animations placed where the design calls for them.
