Framer and Webflow website support for sites that are already live.
99 Francs® takes over Framer and Webflow sites with no handover and no documentation. We check what actually works, fix what does not, and leave your team able to edit the site without us.
US$30 an hour, flat. No deposit: you pay after the work, once you have seen it.
Framer and Webflow support means someone owns whether the site still does its job.
The platforms handle hosting and updates. What breaks is everything around them: forms that stop delivering, CMS collections nobody can edit, slow pages, broken redirects, SEO settings lost after a redesign. We find those, fix them and show you the evidence.
Common symptoms
What people actually call us about.
None of these show up as an error on the site. They show up as fewer enquiries, slower edits and a team that is afraid to touch anything.
The form says thank you, but nothing arrives
Framer and Webflow show the success message once the submission is accepted, whether or not anyone receives it. Notifications often still go to whoever built the site, or through a Zapier, Make or HubSpot connection that stopped running. We submit as a visitor and follow the message.
Nobody can edit the CMS without breaking something
Unlabelled fields, text that lives in static sections instead of a collection, a component that changes on every page at once. We rearrange the fields and components so the team can edit without calling a developer.
The site got slow and nobody knows why
Usually full-size images, several font families, chat widgets and trackers, and heavy interactions. We measure the published site before and after each change, so the result is a number you can check.
Search traffic dropped after a redesign
Old URLs return 404 because nobody set redirects, titles and descriptions went back to defaults, the sitemap lists pages that no longer exist. We compare the old structure with the new one and restore what was lost.
The domain and the plan belong to someone who left
The domain sits in the previous developer's registrar account, the site plan is billed to their card, or nobody on your side owns the workspace. We document who controls what and help move it to you.
Small changes wait for days
A new section, a campaign landing page, a price update. We build them in the existing components and styles, so they look like the rest of the site and nobody needs a redesign.
What's included
Working forms,an editable CMS, measured speed and a written way back.
Support on the platform you already have, recorded so it does not depend on us still being around.
1
Form and email delivery
Native Framer and Webflow forms and the HubSpot, Zapier, Make or webhook connections behind them. We submit as a visitor and follow each enquiry to the inbox or CRM it should reach.
2
CMS and editing
Collections, fields and components arranged so the team can update content safely: labelled fields, clear structure, and sections a copy edit cannot break.
3
Speed, measured before and after
Images, fonts, third-party scripts and interactions, each measured on the published site before and after the change, so you see what every fix did.
4
SEO and AI readiness
Titles, descriptions, redirects, sitemap, schema and heading structure kept intact, so search engines and AI assistants keep reading the site correctly.
5
New pages and sections
Landing pages and new sections built from the site's own components and styles, so they match the rest of the site without a redesign.
6
Domain, DNS and hosting
Who owns the domain, where DNS points, which plan the site is on and whose card pays for it: checked and written down.
7
A written log of every change
Every change recorded before and after with a way back, so the next person, including us in six months, is never guessing.
Best fit
Use this when the site is live,it matters, and nobody currently owns it.
The site was built by a studio or freelancer who is gone
No handover, no documentation, sometimes no access. We start by recording what exists, then change things in reversible steps.
Small changes wait for days
If a new section or a price change takes a ticket and a week, send it to us instead. Each task is estimated in hours and done without a retainer.
Enquiries feel thin and nobody has checked the form
Before anyone blames the market, we submit the form as a visitor and follow the message. A silent form is the cheapest problem a site can have to fix.
You need landing pages in the existing design
Campaign pages and new sections built from the site's own design system, so they match what is already live without a redesign.
How we work
Audit first, then fixes you choose, then tasks as they come.
On a site someone else built, the biggest risk is the first change. So nothing is touched before the current state is recorded.
1
First audit, with evidence
We submit every form as a visitor, edit the CMS the way your team would, measure page speed, crawl redirects, titles and the sitemap, and look up the domain and DNS. Each finding comes with its evidence and an estimate in hours.
2
A fix round, each fix recorded
You choose which findings to fix. Every change is written down before and after, with a way back, and checked on the published site rather than in the editor.
3
Ongoing: pay per task
After the first round, send tasks as they come up: a landing page, a form change, a new CMS field. Each is estimated in hours, done, and billed after you have seen it.
Pricing
One flat hourly rate.Paid after the work.
Pay as you go
Flat rate, no deposit. Each task is estimated in hours before we start, and you pay for the hours worked after the work is done and you have seen it.
Glasshouse Digital's own Webflow site, built and then supported by us; a Chinese version of an Auckland clinic's Webflow site on Webflow Localization, with /zh/ URLs and a rebuilt native menu; and ongoing support of a property developer's live site with new sections. The same approach covers Framer.
Yes, that is most of this work. We start with an audit of the live site — forms, CMS, speed, redirects, SEO settings, domain — and record the current state, so every change afterwards can be reversed.
Support is US$30 an hour, flat. Each task is estimated in hours and you approve it before we start. There is no deposit: you pay for the hours actually worked, once the work is done, under the same outcome-based terms as the rest of our work. If you have changes every month, ask for a monthly plan.
No. In Framer, invite us to the project as an editor. In Webflow, add us to your workspace or invite us to the site as a guest. You keep ownership of the site and the account, and you remove our access when the work is done.
Yes, when it makes sense: from Webflow to Next.js when you need code ownership or features Webflow cannot give, or to Webflow from another platform. Often fixing the current site is cheaper, and we price both options rather than defaulting to the bigger job.
We reply within one working day with what we would check first and an hour estimate, or with the two or three questions we need answered first. If the enquiry form is not delivering, that gets fixed first.
No. Page titles, descriptions, URLs, redirects and the sitemap are kept, and any change to them is deliberate and agreed with you. Every change is logged with a way back, so it can be reversed.
